Founder & Pastor Jeff Thorp – With over 14 years of Christian ministry and leadership experience, Pastor Jeff Thorp is passionate about fostering innovation in discipleship, leadership, and evangelism. He believes that the most impactful learning happens through immersive experiences, guiding others into transformative, personal encounters that move beyond teaching. His goal is to equip leaders to step boldly into their calling, joining Jesus in His mission to advance the church, reach the world and build the future.

Through reimagining theological education, mentorship, spiritual formation, and practical ministry experiences, we aim to empower these change-makers to architect a Church that is enlivened and emboldened to flourish amidst a changing culture.

This program invites students into an immersive, hands-on journey where spiritual formation moves beyond the classroom and into life itself.
